
Parker received his Bachelor of Architecture from Notre Dame in 2018. While at the School of Architecture, his thesis, "a theoretical counter-proposal to the Seattle Public Library", was awarded the Noel Blank Design Award, an honor given to the top two thesis projects as selected by the fifth-year thesis jurors. After graduation, Parker began work in New York City at G.P. Schafer Architect, a firm practicing classical and vernacular residential architecture; and since 2021 has worked as an architectural designer at Robert A.M. Stern Architects, in a studio that specializes in educational and institutional projects. Parker is a visiting professor for the fall semester of 2023 and continues to work at RAMSA.
