                                 Pizza and light snacks will be served.

10:30 – 11:20 a.m.    Class Observation: "Graphics II: Drafting" with Professor John Mellor (students only)
                                    Bond Hall, Room G03

"Graphics II: Drafting" is a required course for all first-year Architecture students. Designed to help students draw and think as architects, this course gives students practice in mechanical drafting in pencil and ink, rendering in pencil and watercolor, and graphic diagramming. Students learn to create 2-D drawings in order to solve 3-D architectural problems.
Parents will tour the Architecture library at this time.

1:00 – 2:00 p.m.         All-College Lecture: “God and the Good Life” (students only)
                                     Mendoza College of Business, Jordan Auditorium, Room 110

Participate in an engaging introductory lecture along with students attending open houses for the College of Arts and Letters and the Mendoza College of Business. Led by Meghan Sullivan, professor of philosophy, this interactive class offers a glimpse of the broad liberal arts education all Notre Dame students experience through the Core Curriculum.
