The School of Architecture is pleased to invite our alumni and friends to join us in Rome on April 10-14, 2019 as we gather to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Rome Studies Program.
The Rome Studies Program began in 1969 and is the only foreign studies program among American architecture schools required for all students. We recognize the importance of the year in Rome for the personal and professional development of our graduates, and we hope that many of you will be able to join us in Rome, with your families, to reminisce about old memories and create new ones.
This reunion will provide a time to explore the city again with the guidance of our faculty and a sketchbook in hand, learn about the research being conducted in Rome, and spend time with old friends and new.
In preparation for the event, we ask that you delve into your personal archives and share any photos or projects you completed during your time in Rome for use in an exhibition. We also request that you fill out this survey to share your interest and ideas for the event.
Complete details about the itinerary will be released in early 2018, but in the meantime we ask you to save the date and begin making plans to meet your fellow alumni in Rome.
