In preparation for Dr. Jackson’s November 9th lecture at the University of Notre Dame, two episodes from the Designing Healthy Communities PBS series will be shown locally. Each hour-long episode will be followed by 30-minutes of Q&A.

Many cities are struggling to revitalize their dying downtowns and overcome a history of industrial pollution. This episode looks at how families and young people seek to repair main street America by rebuilding places of the the heart. Light refreshments will be provided.
