Studio Operations Coordinator at Roman and Williams reports directly to the Managing Director and Director of Operations, supporting all critical efforts related to the active projects at Roman and Williams and business-critical internal office operations. The Studio Operations Coordinator reports also to the Principals and Founders across various facets of the organization, and interfaces also with Director of Business Development, Communications Coordinator, and Director of Human Resources. 
 
Studio Operations Coordinator must be highly organized, proactive, and adept at multi-tasking. Applicants should have experience or education in Architecture, though adjacencies in interior design, construction, or development are valued and will be considered. Attention to detail is a must, and the ability to manage tasks across multiple fronts with speed and efficacy is key. Command of communication is essential: verbal, written, and graphic communication skills. Candidates with an aptitude for and interest in design process and workflow at a fast paced & highly creative studio will be given special consideration, as this position presents an exciting opportunity for responsibility and growth related to projects and leadership at Roman and Williams. The responsibilities of the position are wide-ranging and varied, and include but are not limited to: support of project schedule & budget management, support of business development initiatives, facilities and IT coordination, research for prospective and active projects, and administrative support for MD and Director of Operations.
