Career Programs and Professional Development

The School of Architecture reaches out to professionals, community leaders and alumni through a variety of programs, giving our students valuable practical experience. Multiple programs within the School offer opportunities for students, professors, and local citizens to make an impact on the urban evolution of cities throughout the United States. An annual Career Fair allows students to interact with prospective employers. Our alumni network and the Notre Dame Career Center also help graduates pursue professional opportunities.

A list of services has also been compiled for students to help them navigate the practical requirements of becoming licensed professionals, including how to sign up for the Architect Registration Examination (ARE), how to review compensation reports and how to connect with other employment resources.
